CCA Girl Award
The CCA Girl Award recipients are students who are passionate and dedicated members of their CCAs with outstanding leadership abilities. They have attained high standards of achievement in their chosen CCAs and are greatly respected by their peers.
Objectives:
To recognize the commitment and improvement of students in CCA
To encourage greater participation and contributions to CCA groups and to the school
FOUR awards (1 for each category) for the most deserving Sec 4 girls who participated actively in the SAME CCA for 4 years, displayed OUTSTANDING leadership qualities and attained high standard of performance in CCA.
Conduct of nominees:
All nominees should possess very good conduct, attitude, character and relationship with peers and juniors
All nominees should be free from major disciplinary records for period under review to be eligible for CCA awards (list of awardees will be cleared by respective Year Heads)
CCA Leadership Award
For TOP FEW deserving Sec 4 girls (approximately 10% of Total CCA Strength (Sec 1-Sec 4) per CCA) who showed exemplary leadership qualities and demonstrated the ability to lead team to achieve school goals and objectives. Please provide evidence of nominees’ contribution and leadership impact in the nomination list.
To consider the following for nominations:
Roles and responsibilities in the various projects/services;
Teachers' assessment of the quality of service rendered and the degree of impact;
Applicable to all students (students do not need to hold a leadership position to qualify);
Teacher's recommendations
CCA Service Award
For Sec 4 girls who participated in the SAME CCA for 4 years and have contributed to her CCA and school ABOVE AND BEYOND their scope of responsibility. She must also have displayed initiative & dedication in carrying out duties.
To consider the following for nominations:
Teachers' assessment of the quality of service rendered and the degree of impact;
Applicable to all students (students do not need to hold a leadership position to qualify);
Teacher's recommendations;
No cap in number of nominations
