Agendas and minutes prepared for NKY Health meetings and and slideshows created and/or presented by NKY Health staff or on behalf of NKY Health must follow NKY Health's templates.
Food served at NKY Health meetings must follow NKY Health's worksite wellness standards.
NKY Health's Board and Board Committee Meetings
Quorum-Officers-Compensation-Meetings (KRS 212.788) governs NKY Health's Board and Committee meetings.
Board and board committee meetings must comply with Kentucky's Open Meetings Statutes.
NKY Health's Board and Board Committee meetings follow Roberts Rules of Order.
NKY Health's District Board of Health also adheres to its own By-Laws for conduct of meetings.
How to Set Up and Start a GoTo Meeting
To set up a GoTo Meeting, follow these steps:
Go to "gotomeeting.com/meeting/sign-in"
Email = marsha.bach@nkyhealth.org
Password = Spring11
Select “Create Meeting” in blue box on left:
Select one time meeting.
Set the date, time, and duration.
Enter a title for the meeting.
Select "Save."
Copy the information and paste into either an email to attendees or a calendar invitation.
To start a GoTo Meeting (that has already been set up) as the Host follow these steps:
Go to "gotomeeting.com/meeting/sign-in."
Find the name of your meeting under “One-Time” on the left of the screen.
Click on your meeting.
Click on “Start.”
Click on GoToOpener.
How to Stream a Meeting to Facebook
To stream a meeting to FaceBook follow these steps:
Log-in to Facebook using NKY Health's log-in. (NOTE: YOU MUST USE GOOGLE CHROME BETA.)
Make sure page is toggled to NKY Health. (NOTE: It defaults to Lynne Saddler page – use shortcut to choose NKY Health’s page.)
Select “Create” near top of screen and choose "Live."
When the Live Video menu pops up select "Use Camera (under Get Started)."
Set-up a second laptop (or device) with the GoToMeeting screen.
Adjust devices to broadcast the meeting room video.
When set-up looks good (i.e. camera #1 focuses on meeting room), - and meeting is ready to start - select "Go Live."
After meeting, select "End Live Video."
