Spring has hopefully sprung! There’s a renewed sense of energy and excitement in the air—and around our school! The sunshine and warmer weather have us all eager to get outside, explore, and extend our learning beyond the four walls of the classroom.
Our barnyard is bustling with new life! We’re thrilled to welcome baby chicks, much to the delight of our students, and we’re celebrating a very successful lambing season. Thank you again to Mrs. Besler for all her hard work during this time. 6 lambs is no easy feat! Our barnyard also welcomed 4 new meat pigs to the herd which will be availble for purchase in no time. These experiences offer such rich learning opportunities and help our students connect deeply with the world around them.
As we head into this vibrant season, we’re also gearing up for one of the biggest events of the year— the Hand in Hand Planting Possibilities Fundraiser. Selling out in near minutes, tickets are hightly saught after and we are so thankful for the community and volunteers for their continued support! Stay tuned for updates on our social media.
As always, a friendly reminder to please ensure you are sending your child with proper gear to be outside. An extra pair of socks, rain boots, and splash pants are a must this time of year. If there is any issues, please reach out to the office as we always have extra supplies for our students.
