In April 2025, the NHCS teaching staff dedicated a Professional Development Day to refining the format of our Charter outcomes. Concepts have now been organized by division to better align with students’ developmental progression across grades. This structure ensures that, by the end of each division, students have a deep and thorough understanding of key concepts. As a result, the next division can build on that foundation and focus on more complex ideas, rather than revisiting foundational content each year.
