Get To Know Mya Bradford

I interviewed our very own Mya Bradford (aka Marta Bradford.) I interviewed her on March 11, 2022. Mya is a very smart, kind, and funny girl. She is very fun to be around and her laugh is very contagious.
Q: Who is your favorite teacher and why?
A: My favorite teacher is Mr. Taranto because he is really easy to talk to and he is very sweet to me!
Q: Why do people call you “Marta” all the time?
A: They call me Marta because it’s my Spanish name, and I think it just stuck with them. A lot of people tell me that Marta fits me.
Q: What is your dream job?
A: Since I was little I have dreamed of being the president but more realistically my dream job is to become a lawyer. I have always dreamed of being a lawyer since I had to go to court a couple years after my parents split.
Q: Why would you go to Hell?
A: I wouldn't
Q. What do you think the teachers think about you?
A. I think the teachers think I'm smart, hard working, and polite.
Q: What would be your rapper name and why?
A: My rapper name would be Lil Marty because everyone calls me Marta but instead of Marta, Marty.

I interviewed one of our very own Emanon staff members on March 11, 2022 to learn more about her. Erica is a very smart, sweet, outgoing, and caring girl. She is a fun person to be around. She would do anything for anyone whether that person is a close friend or they never talked before!
Q: Who is your favorite teacher and why?
A: My favorite teacher is Mrs. Norman because I can always go to her for comfort.
Q: What do you think the teachers think about you?
A: I think some of the teachers think I am dumb.
Q: Who inspires you and why do they inspire you?
A: My art teacher inspires me because of the art she created and how she taught me very calmly and nicely.
Q: How would you describe your personality?
A: My personality would be bubbly, childish, and goofy.
Q: Where do you see yourself after high school?
A: I see myself being a photographer
Q: Who is your best friend and why?
A: Augusta Litzinger is my best friend because me and her have been best friends since kindergarten.
Q: What would your rapper name be?
A: My rapper name would be Lil Eca.
Emily vs. Emily
Emily Jacobs and Emily Montanaro are both seniors and first year Journalism staff. Unfortunately, as the quarter comes to a close, the duo will both be leaving for other classes. During their last few weeks in the Journalism class, they both asked and answered the questions everyone was wondering:
Jacobs:
Q: If you could make a living off of anything you wanted, what would it be?
A: "It would definitely be writing. I love writing. "
Q: What is your favorite Onomatopoeia?
A: "BOOM"
Q: Are you afraid of leprechauns?
A: "No, because I recently discovered I'm part Irish. I am the leprechaun. "
Q: What is the worst book you have ever read?
A: "Seraphina. It was just dumb. I couldn't finish it. I just gave up. "
Q: Do you like Wordle?
A: "Yes, but I wish there were more than one Wordle. Thanks a lot, NY Times. "
Montanaro:
Q: How would you react if you were abducted by aliens?
A: "I feel like I’d be pretty chill about it, honestly. "
Q: What is your spirit animal?
A: "The Blobfish. "
Q: If you activated a genie lamp and got three wishes, what would you wish for?
A: "Endless pizza box (never runs out, just keeps reappearing after I eat), lots of money, and ya know, maybe world peace or something. "
Q: If you could grow a beard, would you grow a beard?
A: "Probably, just to see what I’d look like. "
Q: Are you scared of leprechauns?
A: "Absolutely."
