Scholarship Committee
Goals for the Biennium:
Revise/Update scholarship application materials and post them on NC DKG website
Meet with committee members in the review and selection of scholarship awardees
Notify scholarship recipient(s), in writing, in time to plan presentation and attendance at the NC DKG Convention. Notify non-awarded applicants of the status of applications and encourage reapplying
Inform the Executive Board about committee recommendations/updates in committee practices and scholarship materials and announce scholarship recipients in NC DKG News
Encourage members in graduate study programs to apply for NC DKG scholarships
Emphasis Year One of the Biennium:
Update and revise all applications to electronic submission
Advertise scholarship opportunities
Award NC DKG Scholarships based on scholarship guidelines
