Goals for the Biennium:
Cultivate skills that will encourage members to realize their potential as the leaders they are.
Inspire chapter members to adopt the “Leader in Me” approach.
Explore resources, models, and web tools to enhance the understanding of promoting leaders.
Implement strategies to make our Society more visible and more influential in educational leadership endeavors.
Work collaboratively with the Membership/Expansion Committee in leadership support.
Develop guidelines for the Pauline Longest Leadership Scholarship.
