Goals for the Biennium:
Encourage, motivate, identify, and invite prospective candidates for leadership to submit an application for leadership positions in NC DKG
Publish clear and objective criteria for selecting officers, so the expectations are well-defined
Ensure the nominations process is inclusive and transparent, guiding all eligible and interested members to apply by the published deadlines
Network in collaboration with the Leadership Development Committee to grow and strengthen the NC DKG Organization and ensure its future success

If you have been wondering how to get more involved with our state organization, now is your chance. This is an opportunity for those who are willing to collaborate with one another and share their gifts and loyalty … critical to the continued growth and success of the NC DKG. Offering your time and expertise to focus on specific initiatives, issues and programs of importance, as well as meeting the needs of our membership, is crucial. Through your leadership, future goals and a visionary outlook can be positive steps forward. This may be your chance to help shape the direction of our organization and develop your profession skills.
We are currently seeking nominees for the 2027-29 officers. The election will be held during our April 10th business meeting and all newly-elected officers will assume their responsibilities on July 1, 2027.
