Goals for the Biennium:
Review and update the current NC DKG Strategic Plan as needed.
Require annual reports of the activities of the Plan from those serving in state roles, chapter presidents, and the NC DKG Educational Foundation chair.
Collaborate with the Personnel Committee to propose an amendment that states related personnel are to be selected in the 5th year of the current 6-year term and be trained without pay by the outgoing member during the 6th year of the current term to be better prepared to serve.
Collaborate with the Finance Committee to propose an amendment that states financial reports/statements are to be published quarterly in the NC DKG News and posted on the Members Portal (password-protected) on our website, with financial audits performed annually.
Monitor the DKG status of the GAPP (Guidelines And Policies and Procedures) process and how it relates to the NC DKG documents.
Collaborate with the Rules Committee to begin to identify and mark the Bylaws and Standing Rules that may be moved to an NC DKG Guidelines and Policies and Procedures (NC DKG GAPP), and review all the state documents for errors.

Information from the Planning Committee:
At the spring convention 2022, the Planning Committee proposed two motions that were passed. The first motion was a revision of the NC DKG Strategic Plan, while the second motion created a report form to be used for all committee chairs, officers, regional directors and our foundation chair.
