Goals for the Biennium:
Keep members abreast of opportunities in State leadership when vacancies occur and encourage them to accept leadership roles
Communicate with related personnel and each standing committee chair regarding their responsibilities as outlined in the NC DKG Bylaws
Make recommendations concerning personnel policies when necessary to the NC DKG Executive Board
Screen applicants and recommend candidates for related personnel positions when a vacancy occurs
Explore a logical succession plan for a related personnel position
Offer support to all designated personnel
