Goals for the Biennium:

Provide resources to help chapters identify the needs of local beginning teachers
Recruit external entities/organizations to serve as partners with NC DKG to support beginning teachers
Work with chapter presidents and beginning teacher support contacts to communicate strategies for supporting beginning teachers
