Company Executive Officer

 Hi! I am Cadet/ Lieutenant Brianna Buchholz. I have been in NJROTC for 3 years now and I am going into my senior year.  I am excited to experience my last year of JROTC with my fellow cadets, and help them learn to be great leaders.

As the XO, I correlate with the company staff and ensure that they’re doing their jobs when they’re supposed to and how they’re supposed to. When needed, I counsel cadets and form DRBs (disciplinary review board). I also carry out the orders given to me by the CO, and I act in her place when she is gone. 

Since we do not have a SPO, I take the duties of the job. I correlate unit events such as the end-of-year company picnic, the Halloween party, the Christmas party, and the unit car wash. To sum things up: I supervise the company staff, I discipline cadets, I take up the duties of the CO in her absence, and I also take the duties of the SPO.

In my freetime, I enjoy biking, going on walks, making food, and hanging out with my friends. I enjoy spending time and making friends with the cadets within the company. 

It is my goal as the XO to ensure that the company staff carry out their duties as required and that the company maintains the rules and values set to help us succeed as a unit.
