Hi I’m the 4th Platoon Commander, Cadet Petty Officer 3rd Class Lexi Polly. I have been involved in this company for 3 years. I’ve competed on drill teams, both for Unarmed Regulation and as well as Unarmed Exhibition. I also have participated in each year of our Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (also known as our NJROTC camp), winning Platoon of the Year. I’ve also been involved with our Unit’s Archery Team, where I’ve competed in the Diamond High School Archery Tournament, scoring a direct 49. I like to be involved with the program as much as I can, doing 134 hours of community Service/Unit Service so I can support my community. My accomplishments for my platoon is that I want my platoon to be successful and not to be quiet. I want them to ask me questions. I also want us to stay on top of our responsibilities like questions of the week, uniform days, and pt days. I want my cadets to put themselves out there and work as hard as they can to support this company and the people in it.
