Company Commanding Officer

Hello! I am Cadet Lieutenant Commander Brianna Buchholz. I am the Company Commanding Officer for this NJROTC unit. This is my fourth year of NJROTC, and I hope to make it my best before I graduate. 

As the Company Commander, it is my job to ensure that the unit runs the way it is supposed to. From things like cadet, staff, and instructor communication to cadet morality, discipline, and readiness, I ensure that all of those things run smoothly. Some other parts of my job include providing recommendations for cadet promotions, running the weekly staff meetings, and setting the finest example for all cadets within the company.

I am very excited to be serving as the unit’s CO for this school year, as it has been my dream to do so since my first year of NJROTC. I have done my best to learn how to be a leader from instructors and past leadership. We are all on this journey of learning how to be a good leader, so I hope we can all help each other and learn from each other. With great leadership and teamwork, our unit is sure to succeed!

In my free time,  I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, watching movies, and just relaxing at home.
