UNIT BUDGET
It takes a bunch of money to make this unit as successful as it is. In fact, around $30,000 most years. Cadets are encouraged to fundraise at least $200 each year. We allocate that amount towards their senior base orientation trip (up to $200 a year max). We use fundraising money for: monthly pizza socials; busses, lodging, and food to drill and physical fitness competitions; ribbons and medals; physical and virtual competition fees; Halloween and Christmas parties; the Military Ball; team sweatshirts; uniform items the Navy does not provide; and the Senior Base Orientation Trip.

Our nationally recognized air rifle team has an endowment account with the MidwayUSA Foundation. Every year we have a team attend the JROTC Service Championship or the JROTC National Championship, the MidwayUSA Foundation donates $3000.00 into our endowment account. We can receive a grant each year for up to 5% of those funds.
To grow the endowment account requires donations from family members and fundraisers. Please consider making a donation to our MidwayUSA Foundation Endowment account.
