Student Reports
There are a number of different student reports you can pull from PowerTeacher Pro.
To pull reports within PTP, go to the Reports Menu on the left side of the screen. When the report you have selected is done downloading, it can be selected from the Report Queue.
Scoresheet Report
Run the Scoresheet report to generate a spreadsheet-style summary of student grade and assignment data. You can use this report to view final grades for all reporting terms and assignments that are within a specific date range, for all students.
To run the Scoresheet Report:
Select Reports
Select Scoresheet Report
Fill in the Information within the Criteria Tab for the Report (i.e Report Name, Sort Options, Date Range, etc). You can select one or more classes to be included in the report.
Optional- Use the Students tab to select some but not all students to run the report for.
Click Run Report in the lower right corner of the screen.

Student Roster Report
The Student Roster Report can be used to generate a list of demographic information by class. You can also add blank columns to the report to create a class roster.
To run the Student Roster Report:
Select Reports
Select Student Roster Report
Fill in the information within the Criteria Tab for the Report (i.e Report Name, Sort Options, etc). You can select one or more classes to be included in the report.
Under Display>Student Columns you can add Blank columns, Student Course, Student Birthday, Student Gender, Student Grade Level, Student Home Phone, or Student Number.
Under Display>Contact Columns you can add Contact Name, Contact Phone, or Contact Email.
Optional- Use the Students tab to select some but not all students to run the report for.
Click Run Report in the lower right corner of the screen.

Missing Assignment Report
The Missing Assignment Report provides a list of missing assignments in your sections for currently enrolled students.
Use this report to audit your sections, identify missing assignments, and notify students so they can complete their work before the end of a term.
To run the Missing Assignment Report:
Select Reports
Select Missing Assignment Report
Fill in the information within the Criteria Tab for the Report (i.e Report Name, Sort Options, Date Range, etc). You can select one or more classes to be included in the report.
Under Data> Assignments make sure to check the box(es) that will show missing assignments in your gradebook. The options are Not Scored, Marked Missing, Scored Zero.
Under Data>Categories select the categories that you would like the report to pull (i.e. Classwork/Homework, Assessments).

Click Run Report in the lower right corner of the screen.
