Coaching and providing timely feedback is streamlined and accessible with Lesson Planner's administrator tools. School and district administrators can monitor lesson planning activity, view and leave lesson feedback, and review standards coverage.
In order to use the Lesson Feedback tool, administrators must have a semester and at least one class scheduled on their planner. After creating a password and accessing your Curriculum and Instruction account for the first time, follow the directions to add a semester that is the entire year. Add one class (such as Notes or Admin) and schedule it anywhere on your planner.
If you do not see the Admin menu or the option to Give Lesson Feedback in the Admin menu after adding one class to your planner, contact Lauren Wohlfert to ensure that you have the Lesson Reviewer role in Curriculum and Instruction.
From the Admin menu, select Give Lesson Feedback
Select the School or Group you would like to review.
Click Month in the top left corner to get an overview of your school's lesson planning activities.
4. In the Week or Day view, select a teacher from the list.
5. Use the Criteria filter to see how many lessons they have planned or have already received feedback for.
6. When a teacher is selected in the Day view, you can scroll to review all of their lessons for the day (similar to what the teacher sees).
7. Select Leave Feedback.
8. Under Lesson Details, review lesson details including aligned standards.
9. Select the blue Leave Feedback button and enter your feedback. You may also upload any documents.
10. Select Send Feedback to save any comments.
