When you start a new school year, if your timetable is similar to or the same as past school years, you can re-create an existing semester's timetable and classes to save valuable time in your year-to-year setup. Copying a previous semester will also reassign any lesson templates and standards previously assigned to those classes, and you will have the option to copy over lesson content.
Select Semesters from the Lessons tab
Click Add Semester to set up the next school year's planner
Confirm the name and date range for your new semester.
Please note that semesters cannot overlap with each other so if you get an error message, adjust the start date and/or end date so that it does not overlap with an existing semester.
