Create Classes & Timetable
There are two different ways to create classses.
Option 1: Import from Google Classroom
Step 1: Go to Timetable
Select the Lessons Tab
Select Timetable
Make sure you have selected the correct semester from the dropdown menu. (In this example, I have selected "Summer Practice" as my semester.)
Step 2: Add Classes
On the Timetable page, select Import Classes
Select Google Classroom
The Import from Google Classroom Pop-up window will appear
Select the Google Classroom Classes you wish to import
Step 3: Edit Name and Select Colors for Your Class
The name of the Google Classroom Class will automatically populate in the Name field. Select the edit button (gear) next to the class to make any edits to the name within Lesson Planner or color selected for the class.
Repeat these steps until you've created all your classes for the school year. You can also add non-teaching blocks for lunch, recess, study hall, etc. You will not be able to add lesson plans to non-teaching blocks.
Option 2: Manually Add Classes

Once you have created your classes, it is time to set up your timetable.
Step 1: Drag Classes to Timetable
Click on the class from the class list on the left-hand side and drag to the appropriate time on the timetable.
Step 2: Edit the Class
Edit the class time by either:
a. Clicking and dragging from the bottom the class to the appropriate time on the planner
b. Clicking on the class for more fine-tuned editing
Repeat this for each class you need in your planner.
Updating the Timetable
You can update the Timetable anytime your teaching schedule changes. Changes to the Timetable will take effect from the day you make them. In other words, changes are not retroactive to the beginning of the semester. This ensures that your planner always reflects your current schedule.
From the Lessons menu, select Timetable
Add, edit, and delete classes as needed
Adjust class times on the Timetable
Click Save Changes in the upper right corner
