Our 193-acre mountain top location provides a peaceful and serene environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate for extra-curricular and outdoor life. At MAC, we believe in the holistic student and desire to provide students with opportunities to improve their physical fitness. Student Activities is excited to host fitness classes including yoga, Zumba, and indoor cycling. All fitness levels are welcome to participate in any of these free offerings. Fitness classes may vary each academic year depending on certified instructor availability. The northwest corner of the ACWC features the Wellness Center open to all commuters and on-campus students. With an emphasis on strength training and conditioning, the Wellness Center includes cardiovascular equipment (36 pieces of equipment), circuit training (14 stations), strength training, free weights, and a functional area for stretching and core exercise.

On most Sunday evenings, we offer intramural activities to students for enjoyment, physical fitness, and emotional health. Intramural activities can include flag football, basketball, indoor soccer, volleyball, dodgeball, softball, ping-pong, bowling, and billiards.
