Ihmsen Hall is co-educational and houses predominately first-year students. Each room in Ihmsen Hall contains a sink, beds, dressers, desks, chairs and a mirror. The typical layout of a double occupancy room in Ihmsen is one double room connected to an additional double room with a shared bathroom (a suite). The building also features triple, quad, and double rooms with an in-unit bathroom. Microwave ovens and sinks are located on each floor of Ihmsen Hall. The building is secured with an electronic access point. The security system allows entrance at two doors.
Ihmsen Hall features a full kitchen for community use with fridge, sink, stove, oven and microwave. Each floor in Ihmsen Hall is equipped with study lounges and a printer. Laundry facilities are provided to residents free of charge on every floor. Hall is ADA accessible, equipped with reserved parking, ramps, and elevator.
St. Gertrude’s Hall is an all-women’s residence hall that offers single, double, and triple style rooms furnished with beds, dressers, desks, chairs and mirrors. Residents access this hall by using an electronic access point.
The hall provides residents with a communal bathroom, as well as a small break room with microwave. Laundry is provided for students' use and is located in the basement of St. Joseph's, free of charge. This hall has limited accessibility, as there is indirect elevator access that still requires the use of small stairs to access hall/room.
St. Joseph Hall is a coeducational residence hall (male/female by floor). The rooms are furnished similarly to Ihmsen Hall. Rooms are double and triple occupancy with a community bathroom. Residents access this hall by using an electronic access point.
Residents are welcome to use the billiards, arcade, and television located in the basement of the hall. Additionally, there is a full kitchen for residents' use - equipped with a sink, stove, oven, fridge, and microwave. The second floor features a small break room with a microwave. Laundry facilities are available for residents, in the basement hall, free of charge. This hall has very limited accessibility as there is indirect elevator access that still requires the use of small stairs to access hall/room.
Misciagna Hall offers suite-style living for students. Each suite includes two double-occupancy bedrooms with a bed, dresser, desk, chair and closet for each resident; a living room/kitchen area with a microwave, refrigerator, sink, cupboard space, closet space, couch, arm chairs, TV stand (students must provide own TV), table, chairs and a bathroom/vanity space. Misciagna Hall is air-conditioned and houses predominantly upper class students. Residents access this hall by using an electronic access point.
This hall offers a large study room, with printer, on the first floor. Public restroom and water fountain is provided on this floor as well. Laundry facilities are located on every floor. Hall is ADA accessible with reserved parking, ramps, and elevator.
McAuley Hall offers pairs of double occupancy rooms connected by a pass-through sink area with separate lavatory and shower. McAuley Hall is air-conditioned and offers study rooms and lounge areas on each floor in addition to a large multi-purpose room. Residents access this hall by using an electronic access point.
McAuley Hall features games for residents including billiards and foosball. Residents are also welcome to use a small kitchenette on the first floor, equipped with a sink, fridge, and microwave. Laundry facilities are located on every floor, free of charge. Public restrooms are located on the first floor as well. Hall is ADA accessible, equipped with reserved parking, ramps, and elevator.
