Whether you are paying tuition, fees, or room and board, the Business Office will assist you with College’s billing and payment policies. Students are billed one semester at a time and bills are available approximately 1 month prior to the start of each semester. Invoices are due 1 week prior to the start of each semester and are available online by logging into your MyMAC Portal. For your convenience, there are multiple ways that you can pay your invoice. Invoices can be paid in the Business Office by check, credit/debit card or cash. Invoices can also be paid online through MyMAC. Online payments can be made by credit/debit card or you can ACH a check. You can also mail in a check payment. The Business Office also processes refunds, scholarships, and online payments. Students may grant a third party (for example a parent) to have access to certain features in MyMAC.

The Business Office is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the academic year. During the summer, the Business Office is open Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
