Program Investigation

Investigation into the program vitality of the Natsuno Academy, its selection and onboarding of teachers, and basic practices. This type of research had us interviewing a number of stakeholders and analyzing their responses. We used otter.ai and atlas to uncover subtle themes and topics. In the end we were able to help pinpoint some areas of improvement the academy could undertake.
