EMGs will help teach gardening methods to other community volunteers assisting in the garden. Conservation District will help educate EMGs in proper harvest procedure and produce handling/food safety. This food will be donated to individuals in need through Hurley Food Pharmacy. It will also be used as a demonstration garden for Conservation District employees. Food will be donated to food banks. Project was previously Edible Flint demonstration garden.
