This subject is to prepare students for VCE Digital Technology. Students will examine the following topics:

1. Data

   • How data is transferred and stored throughout history and today.

   • Data Integrity

   • Collaborative tools

   • Data legal responsibilities

2. Objected Oriented Programming

   • How objects can be used to create solutions

   • Functional programming

   • Modular programming

3. Solution Design

   • System Development Lifecycle

   • Risk Management

   • User Stories and Experiences

   • Maintenance

Students are expected to spend time for this subject in class, but also developing solutions/code in their own time. While this is preparation for VCE, students are encouraged to embrace creative expression within the digital space.
