2) Define and differentiate the various heart rate zone.

3) Adjusting training intensity and it’s benefits.

What you will be learning in this lesson:

1) Thee FITT Training Principles.

2) Varying training periods with rest periods.

3) Identify suitable exercises for different types of training.

4) Plan a suitable personal training plan.



National Physical Fitness Award (NAPFA) Standard


NAPFA is a compulsory test conducted by the PE Department

to evaluate the overall physical fitness

for the students who are in Secondary 2, 4 and 5.
