Ms Choy Siew Woon
is a Singaporean choral director, music educator and vocalist. An alumna of RVHS, Siew Woon has been the assistant conductor/conductor of the RVHS choirs since 2010 and 2018 respectively. She enjoys watching her students grow with the same love and enthusiasm for exploring the intriguing possibilities of choral music that she has experienced over the years. She hopes that they, too, will find their time in choir joyous and fulfilling.

Do I need any music background to join?
No! Everyone is welcomed and we have excellent student leaders to guide you along your way :)

We have many upcoming events such as:
Boon Lay Residents' Performance (March)
RV70 Production (May)
Limelight at Esplanade (November)
Other than that, you can look forward to learning many new skills, forging new bonds and having a wonderful time 🤭🎤

Yes! We have a music committee and admin committee, so there's something for eveyone! Choir is definitely a safe space for everyone to hone your leadership skills.

Our songs are mostly accompanied on the piano, so keen student pianists (like yourselves? 😉) are welcomed to play for us! If you have any experience in other instruments, we are very pleased to have you as well ❣
