middle school

The mission of Prairie River Middle School is to inspire academic excellence and citizenship in all students.

Welcome to Prairie River Middle School.

The Student Handbook provides an outline of expectations we have to keep all students safe and to provide a positive learning environment.  Simply put, we expect you to do your best to make choices which demonstrate kindness toward others, yourself, and to our school community.

Whether this is your first year here or you are a returning student, we know you will have a successful year.  Take every opportunity that is offered to you and make your year at PRMS the best that it can be.

Please reference these guidelines when you need a reminder of the expectations and if you need information to advocate for yourself and others.  If you have questions, concerns, or suggestions, please feel free to reach out to one of your teachers, school counselors, or one of the principals.

Have a wonderful year while traveling down this learning journey with a community that supports and cares about you as an individual and a student here at Prairie River Middle School.
