School MEAL PROGRAM
BREAKFAST
The school cafeteria serves breakfast from 7:30-7:50 a.m. daily.
LUNCH
The school cafeteria offers three lunch menu options:
hot lunches
fast food, or
ala carte.
Lunch money may be collected at the main office or school store dropbox.
Individual food items may be purchased for cash in the ala carte line.
LUNCH RECESS PROCEDURES
Students will be dismissed from class and move quietly to the outdoor recess area.
When the weather is cooler or cold, students are expected to bring appropriate outerwear prior to coming to lunch.
CAFETERIA EXPECTATIONS
Students are expected to behave appropriately in the cafeteria at all times.
There will be no throwing of any items in the cafeteria nor will there be any behavior accepted that leads to unnecessary messes on the floor or the tables.
Students will be responsible for cleaning up any mess on the table or floor area.
Prior to being dismissed from the cafeteria, each student is responsible for making sure their eating area is free from food, garbage is dumped and their trays are given to the dishwasher.
Food items MAY NOT be removed from the cafeteria.
Food and beverages may be available for purchase during events but are not allowed in the cafeteria or the fieldhouse at any time.

Any inappropriate behavior by any student may be cause for the usual school consequences and revocation of attending any future school-sponsored events while at PRMS.
SODA/POP/ENERGY DRINKS/JUICE
There is NO soda, pop, energy drinks, or juice allowed in lockers, halls, during lunch, or anywhere else in the building during the school day.
Students may carry water/water-based drinks in appropriate containers. Examples include: Gatorade, Propel, Flavored (non-carbinated) Water
All drinks at lunch must meet the USDA "smart snack" guidelines.
