Grades and Citizenship
GRADES
Academic grades are an important part of student life.
Student grades will reflect the quality of work and learning growth exhibited in each class based on a set of learning standards for each subject area.
Our grading system is a standard 4 point scale: A=4, B=3, C=2, D=1 and F=O.
Incomplete grades must be made up within ten school days.
A report card showing the quarter grades is issued following the end of each quarter.
Report cards will either be mailed home with the school newsletter, picked up at parent/teacher conferences, or via Skyward.
PROGRESS REPORTS
Students, parents, and guardians may review academic grades and monitor progress at any time by going to the MAPS website, Skyward and then choose Family Access. Mid-quarter progress reports are no longer mailed home to families.
The username and password can be obtained from the PRMS school office.
HONOR ROLL
The honor roll is a listing of students who meet the following grade point criteria in one of the three groups:
Highest honors = 4.0 High honors = 3.75 - 3.99 Honors = 3.50 - 3.74
Quarterly Honor Roll Recipients are published in the local newspapers and on the PRMS Facebook Page.
