Contraindications:
- Severe Liver Disease: Avoid use in decompensated cirrhosis unless under strict supervision. - Drug Interactions: - Strong CYP3A4/P-gp Inducers (e.g., rifampin, carbamazepine) → Reduce antiviral efficacy. - Amiodarone (with Sofosbuvir/Ledipasvir) → Risk of fatal bradycardia. - Hypersensitivity: Avoid if history of severe allergic reaction to any component.
