Rationale:
This artifact is the first lesson plan apart of my teacher work sample. This lesson specifically talks about the introduction to the statistic standard, and we learned about population sizes and what a sample size is. During this lesson I used different instructional strategies to keep students engaged during the lesson.
This artifact meets the standard because during the lesson I am very engaging with students. Some of the Instructional strategies used during this lesson kept students involved during the lesson. Students during the lesson did a self assessment so that as the teacher I was able to see where all of the students were at with their learning. The indicator above is a great representation of this artifact because students during this lesson used technology during this lesson. Overall this artifact meets the standard and is a great artifact to show some of the instructional strategies during the lesson.

Rationale:
This artifact is the practice menu we gave to students during the remote learning experience. This was a supplementary resource where students were able to access a variety of websites to develop their math skills. This practice menu is a great resource for students who still have holes in their learning and need additional practice in certain content areas.
This artifact meets the standard of instructional strategies because this practice menu is a great resource for students during this remote learning. Having an understanding of what help students need during this time is very important, and this resource is great for students who need extra help during this time. The indicator above is a great representation of this artifact because the teacher uses technology to reinforce content that we have learned, and instructing students during remote learning. Overall this artifact meets the standard of instructional strategies because the teacher engages students in a technology setting by giving students supplementary resources to continue their learning.
