This artifact is a website that we used very often in class. Desmos offers some great features online for students to use to work on different problems. Teachers are able to customize their own activities to meet the needs of their students, and students really enjoy using demos to do different activities.
This artifact meets the standard of students responsibility participating in the digital world of learning. The world of technology has changed teaching for the better, and desmos really challenges students to participate in the digital world. Students have the freedom to be creative during these activities. The indicator above shows that students are able to take part of these activities while be a responsible student on the internet. Overall desmos meets the technology standards, and is a great tool to use in your math classroom.

Rationale:
This artifact is the online jeopardy game I developed for students to review the probability unit we had just learned. This review game was created online and designed for students so that all students could get an chance to answer every question and that they could access it after class to study online for their exam.
This artifact meets the standard because students are using technology responsibly and are learning how important technology is in the classroom. The review game was designed to meet the needs of all of my students, and aligned with the content standards we used in my class. This game also allows students to work in groups to help practice their math skills, and review the content to be better prepared for their summative assessment. Overall this artifact meets the standard and is a great representation for how we can use technology aligned with the content standards.
