Google Meet

Google Meet is open for all staff to staff communication. Students do not have access to this tool. To access Google Meet, go to meet.google.com.

​For an instant meeting:

  • Go to meet.google.com

  • Click +Join or Start a Meeting

  • Name the meeting and click CONTINUE

  • Click JOIN NOW

  • Click Add People (or copy the joining info) to invite others to the Meet

To schedule a meeting:

  • Go to calendar.google.com

  • Click on the desired date/time to schedule a meet

  • Click ADD GUESTS to invite all participants

  • Click ADD LOCATION OR CONFERENCING

  • Click ADD CONFERENCING

  • Select Hangouts Meet

  • Click Save
