ClassLink
Classlink is a single sign on (SSO) digital learning platform, where staff and students can access various resources in one place. Once logged in to Clever, everything is just one click away without multiple sign in prompts. With many of these applications, your rosters will already be set up according to Realtime schedules. Conveniently, Classlink works the same at school and at home. Currently, we are using Classlink for staff and students to access web-based applications and digital textbooks.

Advantages of Classlink:
Easy access to digital content and tools (Atlas, Realtime, MLP, etc)
Many apps can be rostered based on Realtime schedule information (IXL, Discovery Ed, Seesaw, WeVideo, digital textbooks, etc.) NOTE: Google Classroom will NOT be roster for this year.
Verifies integrity of information in Realtime. (Catches input errors, new students added, exited students removed.)
Visual reminder of apps available
Can easily expand to include more applications throughout the year. (Check out the application library.)
Customize order of apps, and create folders.
What to Expect in the first few weeks:
“Why don’t I have…?” - Apps are assigned based on a number of variables; course titles, departments, grade level, schools, role, etc. Let us know if you are missing something you should have.
“Hey, can we add…?” - share your great ideas for additional apps or links to add to Classlink with your department supervisor or directly with Ruth Davis.
“I entered the wrong credentials and now Classlink doesn’t log me in.” - anyone has the ability to right-click an app and edit the ‘locker’ to the correct credentials. Watch a short video on how to Update Application Passwords
“I like accessing my resources how I used to.” - Okay, you can still access your favorite resources like you used to. BUT, you’ll want to be familiar with Classlink so you know what’s available to you.
How to handle issues or questions:
