Scanning Documents to Google Drive / One Drive from District Copiers

All staff and 6-12 students now have the ability to scan documents directly into their Google Drive or One Drive from our district copiers.  Detailed instructions are provided at the link below.  Our Media Specialists can offer assistance if needed.  NOTE:  The first time you scan a file, you must complete the authorization process explained in steps 8-10.  This only needs to be done once for Google Drive and once for O365.

Access the District Shared Drive

Individuals using their personal device can access the District Shared Folder via the Tbird server https://tbird.mahwah.k12.nj.us.  They can login utilizing their network credentials. 

How to Clear Cache & Cookies in Chrome

When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites. 

1. Click on the three dots in the upper-right corner

2. Select MORE TOOLS

3. Select  CLEAR BROWSING DATA

4. Under the Basic tab:

   1. ​Time Range = ALL TIME

   2. Check all three boxes listed

   3. Click CLEAR DATA

5. Under the Advanced tab:

   1. Time Range = ALL TIME

   2. Check all boxes EXCEPT for "passwords and other sign-in data" and "Autofill form data"

6. ​​​Click CLEAR DATA​

7. Close Chrome and then reopen it.
