Google Keep
If you're like me, you may have a tendency to grab a sticky note or even a scrap piece of paper to jot down important information, to-do lists, or inspirational ideas. All too often, those notes get lost or misplaced making follow through extremely difficult. Many of us could benefit from helpful tips and tricks to help us stay organized, be productive and get more done. One of my favorite tools that has helped me to stay focused and organized is Google Keep.
Google Keep can quickly capture what's on your mind and provide reminders at the right time. Think of it as virtual sticky notes that are stored in one place, but are accessible from any device at any time.
With Google Keep you can:
Create notes with a headline and body text.
Add checkboxes to make an instant checklist — ideal for creating "to do” lists.
Attach pictures or sketches to a note.
Color code your notes to organize them.
Attach a label to notes (like topics in Google Classroom or folders in your email)
Set reminders — based on time or your location via GPS — that will draw your attention back to that note when you need it.
Add collaborators to your notes so all of you can view and edit them.
