How do you manage the change required? Ex 3
'I think it is about being clear about where we wanted to be, where we were now, how long it would take to get there and how we're going to get there, what are the steps in order to get there. And I think sometimes that's very easy to say, but very difficult to do, because sometimes we feel like we're surviving and we don't have the opportunity to just put our heads through those clouds, take a deep breath and look around and think, you know what, this is where our school should be. How do I get from surviving down here to where we need to be?'
