Building the EdTech Community
LGfL and EdTech UK are working in partnership to develop communities of practice that provide peer-to-peer support for the effective use of technology for enhancing teaching and learning in schools and colleges.
Where Are the Hubs?
We are developing communities of practice that provide peer-to-peer support for the effective use of technology for enhancing teaching and learning in schools and colleges across England.
EDTECH HUBS THEMES
Reception children at Whitefield Primary School listen for instructions prior to using the iPads
During 2022 we launched Hubs in the North West, West Midlands, East of England and within London.
Geography does not dictate membership of the Edtech hubs programme; involvement within and across Hubs will develop fluidly and responsively as momentum builds.
In 2023, the EdTech Hubs will feature lead schools and colleges from Hampshire and Berkshire; new Study Tour events will have specific focus for both curriculum and wider organisational efficient and effective use of technology.
