How does technology link to your Teaching and Learning Strategy?
One of the main things as a teacher that technology brings to the classroom is the opportunities for creativity in terms of creativity of the lessons and creativity of the work that we get from the children. And this goes hand in hand with the engagement we get from the children using technology in their lessons.

What have been your challenges and successes?
'One of the major challenges was staff confidence. Not every member of our team was really excited about the fact that we would be using more technology and we had to bring everybody on the journey with us. It was about sharing those feelings and coming together as a team. So when we were looking at our professional development development after school, we were sharing and I would sit staff with a less confident members of staff, with a more confident member of staff and we would make those teams so that they could support each other with their learning. We also had the option of always sharing our successes but equally sharing our failures and recognizing that we learn the most, as we say to the children from when we do fail.'
