Receiving emails where you have to scroll to see all of the message can be annoying! Unfortunately the fix is more than likely the sender's signature and/or logo in their signature line.
Below are several troubleshooting tips that can be tried.
If you are the recipient of an email that has unwrapped text.
Try the following.
Once in Gmail, select the gear icon in the top right corner.
Then click see all settings.
Scroll down about halfway until you see the section labeled "Conversation view".
Select the option "Conversation view on".
Scroll all the way to the bottom and click Save Changes.
If you are the sender and receive complaints that users can not read your email without scrolling....More than likely your signature is not quite right.
Here's how to fix.
Open the "Signature to Copy" link below.
Select the signature.
Right click and click Copy.
Open a new Google Doc.
Right click and select Paste.
Substitute your information.
Select the signature.
Right click and click copy.
Open Gmail.
Select the Gear and then "See all settings".
Scroll down until you see signature.
Delete what you currently have in the signature box.
Then click ctrl+v to paste new signature in the signature box.
Make sure you select your signature in the "For New Emails use" drop down box.
Scroll down and click "Save Changes".
