Things the Helpdesk CAN do
1. Reset voicemail passwords.
2. Reset Active Directory passwords.
3. Remote into user's laptop/desktop to fix software issue(s) on laptop/desktop.
4. Open a ticket for technician if problem is not resolved over the phone.
Things the Helpdesk can NOT do
1. Remote into Chromebooks or iPads.
2. Fix/repair smartboard and projectors.
3. Replace or fix physically broken hardware.
