You can call or email the helpdesk. They will put in a ticket with the phone company to have the password reset.8 Once the phone company gets back to us we will update the 1to1 ticket. This could take up to 24 business hours.
Yes. Call in to your voicemail using the "How to Check Voicemail when Away from your Desk." Then use " How to change Personal Greeting" but start at step 3. (So instead of pressing 1 to listen to your messages, you will press 4 for User Preferences.)
No. When your desk phone is forwarded to your cell phone, and you are unable to answer, the voicemail will be left on your desk phone. You will need to call your desk phone from a 3rd phone (not your cellphone) and check the voicemail remotely.
