**Check Date and Time. This can be off and affect how the Chromebook operates.**
(Date and time will be located in the bottom right corner.)
1. Log off of user.
2. Click arrow next to user.
3. Select "Remove user."
4. User can log in again and it should create new "profile."
1. Hold down power button until the Chromebook turns off.
2. Wait 30 seconds and then tap the power button to turn Chromebook back on.
Hard reset your Chromebook
Turn off your Chromebook.
Press and hold Refresh +tap Power.
When your Chromebook starts up, release Refresh.

When your Chromebook starts up, release Refresh.
Plug charger into chromebook.
Leave chromebook plugged in for 5-10 solid minutes.
**If chromebook is completely dead, it can take 5-10 minutes for it to regain a charge.
Go to the 3 dots in the top right corner.
Click on Settings.
Click on Sync & Google Services.
Click on Review your sync data.
Select Reset Sync.
Go to the 3 dots in the top right corner.
Click on Settings.
Click on Sync & Google Services.
Click on Review your sync data.
Select Reset Sync
Go to the 3 dots in the top right corner.
Click on Settings.
Click on Sync & Google Services.
Click on Review your sync data.
Select Reset Sync.
Go to the 3 dots in the top right corner.
Click on Settings.
Click on Sync & Google Services.
Click on Review your sync data.
Select Reset Sync.
Restore settings to their original default.
This will reset your new tab, pinned tabs, search engine and disable all of your extensions. It will clear the temporary data such as cookies.
Go to "Settings."
Scroll down and expand Advanced Settings.
Find the section "Reset and clean up."
Click on "Restore settings to their original defaults."
Then click "Reset settings."
All other issues will need a ticket entered for your technician to assess device.
