Counselling and wellbeing
The Wellbeing Team is currently offering a mixture of face-to-face and remote support (via phone and video call).
Examples of the support offered include:
• Counselling
• Guided self-help on issues such as anger and anxiety
• A safe space to talk about problems
• Use of cognitive behavioural therapy techniques
• Goal setting
• Exploring ways of coping with difficult emotions
• Check in

To access support and information on mental health and wellbeing, you can come along to one of our Wellbeing Drop-Ins.
Please come say hello and have a chat about how you are feeling, and we can look at what support there is available.
