On Thursday, I remained in the same level but not in the same classroom. This is wholly because, the teacher at that class was sick. He did not attend school, so students were split out to the other three classrooms. I stayed next door with a teacher presented that time. While delivering, it seems that she used the same method with the teacher I observed first. Notwithstanding, she buckle down, made an honest effort to set herself up before teaching.
First of all, she completely readies prior to entering the classroom, standing giving lessons to understudies. She had a disability student, but she did inclusive and equality between them not biasing any of her student. She co-operates well with students, know how to speak nicely and emotionally which could attract and touch children’s heart. She was good in teaching and at the time when students need more explanation, she elaborates more in clear details on the topic they just cover. This teacher was very smart and active which made student more engage and willingly to participate in doing group work and individual activities. Even thou they were very naughty, but they did smart since they could complete their activities before time.
Moreover, throughout class, students performed mannerless, they did not want to hear a solitary word told by the teacher as some students were playing around, certain student talking to each other, and some went out and inside the classroom without asking permission from their teacher. If I am a teacher at that time, I could not handle and control them since they are disobedient, maybe I silently walked out from the classroom, but this teacher already had a solution to solve this kind of problem. Told them that they would not receive a prize when they were acting rebellious again. This strategy works out, they were obedient and willing to follow and do what their teacher told them.
Therefore, from what I had seen after observing, I perceived that this teacher seems fit to continue in doing her mission since she could manage and lead the noisy and talkative of students. Through the session, I adapt more new ways on how to deal with students’ behaviors. However, educating is certainly not a simple errand that educators face since they generally spoon-feed youngsters with new abilities, knowledge, and skills. They went through struggles and difficulties. It was a weighty errand, but they tried their best and managed how to convey it on their shoulders without assist from anyone else despite the fact that they can't lift it up. Without their appearance there will be no doctors, nurses, lawyers, policemen/policewomen, pilots, and so forth.
