Education depends on the development of a child’s ability and understanding. It requires a student commitment, skills and knowledge. It is everyone’s right particularly children and parents are the ones to push their children toward education. Without a good and quality teacher there may be no education as well as success. However, teachers are the key to the door of treasure as they are the only ones, they can assist new generations to enlighten them new skills and knowledge.
Teaching Philosophy is an essential and necessary part in the activity or process of gaining knowledge and skills by studying, practicing being taught or experiencing something that already taught from someone. For such, teaching is actual difficult, physically, and emotionally strong for educators to face through since it is not an easy errand. It is quite tough but challenging them to be extra educated and expressed how to observe a solution for every child’s problem.
Philosophy means love for knowledge or passion for learning and has been derived in two words which are ‘Philos’ and ‘Sophia’. Philos means love whereas Sophia means wisdom. As a teacher, teaching with all your heart and thoughts, it means you are suitable to become a teacher. My viewpoint of teaching is mainly zeroed in on pupils’ uniqueness. I must have a stimulating educational environment where students can nurture emotionally and socially share critical thinking between them. My pleasure to create this type of environment where understudies can adapt new abilities and motivate their learning pace so they can accomplish high qualities of education.
Moreover, also it is very significant for me to give positive reinforcement to students when they respond to what I am requesting them to do. Positive reinforcement will assist children gain interest in their learning. For instance, when stimuli a question and students respond correctly or incorrect, the most essential thing to do is to give harmony tone and positive feedback. When they were punctual and performed well in doing activities according to what you aimed them to do, praised them with not a negative reinforcement. Showing them that you are friendly, and caring for them so they cannot be embarrassed of you. However, it is very important to each child with respect and love.
Furthermore, as a teacher, I must also do an inclusive teaching inside the classroom. This is one of the most unique tasks I should do since this is what all students need. Gender equality is one among the inclusive classroom I should perform. Treat every student inside the class equally even thou they have different learning style and need as some students were smart, certain were slow, some were disability and some student need assist. For example, I must pose an activity that they will all participate in like group activity and games so they will be engaging in, can discuss their critical thinking between them.
Showing that I am a good teacher to them is also another technique children can accomplish the learning process. Be punctual to class and every program in school. Showing students a good attitude as in the end they will copy what they had seen from their lecture. Their attitude can automatically change, when they are lazy students and from what they had seen from their teacher that he or she always punctual to class and every school functions, student can adapt that attitude and they will change easily. They can continuously perform well in school from their punctual. Their learning pace and qualifications can improve as well. However, this wholly happened because of copying their teacher’s behavior. They acquire and duplicate as it can be able to motivate them to high qualifications.
To conclude, to foster a peaceful learning environment a teacher must be flexible when teaching ensuring all students’ learning needs and wants are centered accordingly. For such, he or she must have a good bond with students and also they must do inclusive environment. In addition, a main goal for a teacher is to have high expectation of his or her students. However, it is a weight errand, but they must accept the consequences since they are the main contributor to quality education to students.
