Kenneth Foster, Jr. was the get-away driver in a string of armed robberies in San Antonio one night in 1996. During one of the robberies, a woman was shot and killed. Although Foster didn't pull the trigger, he was charged with capital murder based on the Texas "Law of Parties". He was convicted and sentenced to death. His sentence has since been commuted to life in prison.
