Criminal attorneys win cases in a number of ways. Legal representation, litigation, and negotiation skills are all essential components of a successful criminal defense. Factors that can influence the outcome of a case include the strength of the evidence, the credibility of witnesses, the quality of the attorney's representation, and the severity of the crime.
Your Task: Using a podcast, you will review and dissect the facts of the criminal event. You will then analyze the case findings and the defense and prosecution's argument for rhetorical strategies and techniques. You are allowed to work with ONE additional student.
