Challenge: Incline No Powered Wheels

To design a device which can climb a steep incline without the use of typical powered wheels.
ALL students will: Create a sketch which show the basic structure and programming
MOST students will: Create a sketch which show individual parts of the robot and specfic speed and power of in the programming
SOME students may: Create a sketch which includes detail on every component planned to be used, type of movement and all variables in the programming (speed, duration etc)
You are to design a device which can climb a steep incline.
Important:
You can use a wheel in a conventional way as long as it is not powered.
You can use a wheel in a non-conventional way and have it powered.
Remember to put these on your MS Rover Robotics Online Portfolio
A) Sketch
In your robotics planning pad, create an annotated sketch of the device you wish to build.
Remember to annotate the following:
Gears (if any)
Major components (brain brick, bars, wires, etc)
Movement direction of motors
Include the ramp in the sketch
It must be very clear how it is going to grip and move up the ramp
Make sure your MS Rover Robotics Online Portfolio is clearly labelled and every image is a suitable size.
